About Thursday

Thursday Simpson is a multimedia artist, editor and producer from Galesburg, Illinois and Iowa City, Iowa. She has a BA from the University of Iowa and her first chapbook, Three Gothic Stories, is published at Moonchaps. Thursday has been an active musician since 2002, spending her time between a 2000's electro goth and 70's prog aesthetic. She composes soundtracks for her literature and is also in a one woman industrial dance band, The Bluegrass Pornstars.
